something I learned today: it's easy for an insurance company to deny approval of a procedure to someone calling from a doctor's office.

it's not so easy for them to deny the client who's crying hysterically.

so glad this mess got sorted out. so very, very, very glad.

They were going to deny you? What the heck is up with these insurance companies?

Good for you! If they're going to deny you, let them know you're a human being being denied, not a number. And even better that it worked out!
