my two girlies: all "wapped up and clean!" as Abigail told me delightedly.

i realized i forgot to say this earlier:

Juliet was 7 lbs 13 oz and 20.5 inches long. She was born six days early.

For comparative purposes, Abigail was 8 lbs 9 oz and 20.5 inches long. She was born seven days late.

It's sort of funny to compare the two of them, since Abigail was so plump and round when she was born, since she was two weeks "older" than Jules, who is veerry fragile-looking in comparison. i think it's because they were both the same length, but Abigail had an extra 12 oz of weight that made her look a lot less newborn.
